Coach Beineke will increase the benefits of exercise through a unique multi-disciplinary approach utilizing aspects of olympic weight lifting, power lifting, strongman, and bodybuidling. The Beineke Strength and Conditioning program offers the following comprehensive services for athletes in all sports, all ages, and all levels of competition. 

Strength Training
I will guide you through a program that will develop strength, speed and endurance used in your sport. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine various styles of resistance exercise including olypic weight lifting, power lifting, strongman, and bodybuilding.

Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

Combine Preparation
I will you provide with all the techniques, drills, and skills needed to excel in all the combine tests, including the 40yd dash, short shuttle (aka pro agility), vertical leap, and bench press for maximum repititions.

Ongoing Training and Support
I will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.

Rates:

Individual Training 12 sessions = $30 per session ($360 total)

Group Training (up to 6 athletes) 12 sessions = $25 per session ($300 total)

Fewer than 12 sessions = $50 per session

Ask about semi pro football group rates. 

All sessions will be held at Beineke Strength & Conditioning in Bow, NH unless specialized equipment or facilities are needed.
